Hospitality Sleep Systems assures your satisfaction with a manufacturer’s limited warranty covering the mattress and/or foundation.
Hospitality Sleep Systems warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for either 10, 15, or 20 years. This warranty includes noticeable signs of pre-mature wear, sagging and body impressions do to upholstery and component failure.
It is advisable to have mattress protected with waterproof cover (mattress encasement or mattress protector) to protect upholstery and springs.
Note that this limited warranty shall not apply under the following circumstances.
1. If bedding is found to be unsanitary or damaged by liquids and any signs of Bed Bugs.
2. When product failure is due to cause other than defective workmanship or material or product abuse.
3. Any queen or king size mattress and or foundation that is used on a frame or bed rails without a center support rail.
4. Any damage to the outer fabric of the cover, including wear and tear.
